Major (res.) Yaron Dahan has served for 26 years in the Israel Air Force, in various positions in the technological channel. In his last position, Yaron served as Head of the Transport Aircraft Engines group. Yaron was responsible for the engineering, technical and logistics management of all IAF’s transport aircraft engines.

Professional Experience

Throughout his military service, Yaron had held a number of field and headquarters positions in the Israeli Air Force’s propulsion system sector. Also during his service, Yaron had served as a propulsion Liaison officer in the United States.

After his retirement from the IDF, he has held various management positions, and has gained extensive experience in managing production lines, maintenance processes and operations in various fields (such as composite materials, metal, machining etc.), as well as in organizational improvement processes.

Among other things, Yaron has held a position as a metal plant manager, a production manager in a composite materials plant and as manager of the business plans division at Elbit Systems-Cyclone. In between, he has also been a VP of operations at Turbine Jet.

Yaron was responsible for large-scale business management, led hundreds of people and program managers, and held direct responsibility for meeting financial targets and profitability goals.

In recent years, Yaron has been the owner and CEO of a consulting and engineering company.

Yaron is a graduate of the Hebrew University and a graduate of the Israel Defense Forces Command College.
